How to Order

Ordering on-line by credit/debit card is quick and easy using our secure system.

Search for your ideal product by using the categories on the right or by the search facilty, top right, search by description, name or product code if known. Please note that any category with a '+' sign can be expanded by clicking on it. 

To purchase a product simply enter the quantity of packs that you would like to order and click the associated ‘Add’ button. The product will then be added to your shopping basket and you can either continue shopping or click 'view basket' at the top right hand corner of the site to go to the basket area.

In the basket area you can amend your order quantities prior to proceeding to the checkout. If you have a promotional discount code enter it in the coupon code box and click on 'add coupon' this will apply the discount to your order. When you are happy with your order click on the 'checkout' button.

(Please note that most items on the site are priced in single pieces and to the right it shows the minimum order quantity - for example the minimum maybe 5 pieces so when you enter 1 and click on the add button this will put 1 pack of 5 into your basket and it will automatically work the price out for you)

In the checkout area you will need to log-in to your account (if previously registered) or if you are a new user enter your email address and follow the on-screen set-up proceedure.

Once checked, make payment by following the on-screen instructions.

Payments

Snopake accept payment via most major debit and credit cards, including Visa, MasterCard, Diners Club, Switch, Delta, Eurocard, JCB, Proton, Mondex and all Visa and MasterCard affiliates.

For your protection, all credit card transactions are routed through our secure server and any information you provide will be encrypted, rendering it impossible for a third party to see your details. All payments are processed by Worldpay.

Stock Availability

Whilst every effort is made to ensure that all products on this website are always in stock, occasionally some products will be temporarily out of stock.

In such circumstances we will contact you by e.mail to advise which items are unavailable and either offer alternatives or ask if you would like to place on backorder or if you would prefer to cancel.

Delivery

We aim to deliver all UK mainland orders within 3/4 working days, 4/5 days for Europe and 5/6 days for the rest of the world.
